Who do you work with?
I work with individuals (ages 4+ to 60+), couples, and families who are navigating emotional distress, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, identity issues, and personal growth. I offer a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all, including the LGBTQ+ community, high achievers, caregivers, and those experiencing burnout or spiritual crisis.
What therapies or techniques do you use?
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach, tailored to your specific needs. This may include:
- Talk Therapy (Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, etc.)
- Trauma work (Multichannel Eye Movement Integration, MEMI & Brain-Switch 2.0, BrS2.0)
- Clinical Hypnotherapy
- Sound Healing Therapy
- Inner Child Work
- Life Coaching & Goal Setting
My goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you at your pace.
How long is each session?
Each counselling or coaching session typically lasts 60 minutes. Hypnotherapy or trauma integration sessions may run 75–90 minutes depending on the approach used. We will decide together what works best for your needs.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some clients come for short-term support (5–8 sessions), while others choose longer-term therapy or coaching. We’ll review your progress together regularly and adjust as needed. You are never locked into a fixed number of sessions.
What is the difference between counselling and life coaching?
Counselling focuses on emotional healing, self-awareness, and mental wellness (e.g., anxiety, grief, trauma).
Life Coaching is goal-oriented and focuses on action plans, motivation, and personal/professional growth.
At Peace of Mine, you can benefit from both , often in an integrated and holistic format, depending on where you are in your journey.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer secure online sessions via Zoom, ideal for clients who are overseas, home-based, or prefer the comfort of their own space. In-person sessions are available in Singapore at [Location].
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are absolutely respected. I follow strict ethical guidelines. The only exception is if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case I am ethically obligated to take steps to ensure safety.
How do I know if we’re a good fit?
I offer a 20-minute exploratory call (free of charge) so you can get a feel for how I work, ask questions, and see if we are aligned before committing to a session. There’s no pressure, just a conversation.
